After spending most of the day pruning and weeding, my body told me it was time to slow down and just enjoy the flowers. The California poppies had closed most of the way. Their spring show has tapered off, but there’s still a nice ring of them flowering around Agave schidigera 'Shira Ito No Ohi'.
